Dessert Concert
Fort Atkinson High School
Sunday, March 18, 2007
1:00 p.m. - Desserts served buffet style in the High School Commons
2:00 p.m. - Concert in the High School Auditorium

Tickets: $5.00 each. 
Includes your choice of a delicious dessert and coffee or other refreshment, 
and admission to the High School auditorium for Orchestra performance.

Orchestra performers will not need a ticket.

All ticket orders will be turned in at the High School Commons
between 3:30 pm and 6:30 pm. on Wednesday, March 7, 2007.
Tickets will be received at that time.  Payment must accompany ticket orders. 
We prefer Checks or money orders made out to Orchestra Boosters.

Sorry there are no refunds on tickets. There will be a few tickets
available at the door for the Dessert Concert, but dessert selection may be limited.

Other Questions answered:

1. What if I want to buy tickets but don't have that form? 
     The forms are not necessary. We just give them out so parents and students have
     that visual reminder and they can write down who wants tickets and keep track of
     it more easily. They can certainly show up and purchase tickets without the form.

2. Please emphasize to them that it's important they pick up the tickets at March 7 rather than waiting for the day of the concert. It makes planning a bit easier and it's less commotion on the day of the concert.

3. If it's financial concern for a family to purchase tickets, they should contact  Tricia Vander Mause at 563-7426 or triciarae@charter.net . It will be handled confidentially.

between 3:30 and 3:300 pm. on Wednesday, March 7, 2007.
Tickets will be received at that time. Payment must accompany ticket orders.
