Mall of America Agenda

Friday, December 16th
3:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. - All suitcases and instruments will be brought to the Music Department. Bags will be
     checked then locked in the Green room to be loaded Sunday morning on the bus.

Sunday, December 18th
5:30 a.m. - Students meet in the Orchestra Room. After a check of backpacks/carry on bags each student
      will immediately get on the bus and stay there. You might want to pack a brown bag breakfast to bring.

6:00 a.m.
- Bus departs for Minneapolis, Minnesota.

10:30 a.m. (aprox.)
- stop for lunch at fast food restaurant (students may bring a brown bag dinner instead if
     desired.)  Students change into Concert Blacks. Put change of clothes in your carry-on to change into for
     the Mall.

11:30 p.m.
- Everyone meets back at the bus to load the bus for the Mall of America.

12:15 p.m.
report to the Lake Minnetonka Conference Room in the Mall of America.
     No coats, instrument cases, purses, bags or other non-essential materials will be allowed around the
     stage area. The Lake Minnetonka Conference Room has been reserved for groups to use during the
     Holiday Music Festival. It is not a rehearsal room; simply a place to store coats, etc.. The room will not be
     locked during our performance. Mall of America will not monitor the room and will not be responsible for
     lost or stolen items. We will only be allowed access to the room 1/2 hour before our performance, and 1/2
     hour afterwards. Instruments or other belongings may not be stored in the room outside of the
     performance time. It is expected that the room will be left in a clean and orderly manner or the school
     district will be charged a clean-up fee from the Housekeeping Department.

1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Perform on the Sam Goody Central Stage on the east side of the Mall of America.

2:00 p.m. Load instruments back on the bus.
      Instrument Crew - Arrive at the hotel and unload instruments into arranged room. Then back on the bus
     and go to the Mall of America.

2:15 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Dinner is your responsibility.
      Shopping - STAY WITH A BUDDY OR GROUP OF FRIENDS; DO NOT GO OFF ON YOUR OWN !!!

8:00 p.m.
Everyone meets at the Sam Goody Stage and we leave for the hotel for pizza, pool and socializing.

11:00 p.m.
Everyone in their room for room checks. No one out of their room after 11:00 p.m.

12:00 midnight
- Lights out

Monday, December 19

8:00 a.m. Wake-up call

8:30 a.m.
- EAT BREAKFAST - IT'S FREE!  Begin Room inspections. After your room has been
     inspected, bring your luggage downstairs to be loaded on the bus.

9:15 a.m.
Bus departs for Mall of America.
     Lunch is your responsibility.
     Shopping - STAY WITH A BUDDY OR GROUP OF FRIENDS; DO NOT GO OFF ON YOUR OWN !!!
     Make sure you eat.  Once we board the bus for home, we will drive straight through with no stopping.

12:00 p.m.
Everyone meets at the Sam Goody Stage and we leave for Fort Atkinson

6:00 p.m.
- Back in Fort Atkinson.
