               Mall of America Holiday Musical Festival
                            Minneapolis, Minnesota -  December 9 & 10, 2007

This is trip is sponsored and underwritten by Orchestra Boosters to allow our students the opportunity to perform the public service of  playing for the Mall of America's Holiday Festival.

Hotel Information: Hampton Inn 3000 Eagandale Place, Eagan, Minnesota 55121. It is located in a south east suburb of Minneapolis-St. Paul and is about six minutes away from the Mall of America. The telephone number is 1-651-688-3343. ________________________________________ For the Performance: A  Portable Stand Your Music Your Instrument Concert Clothes - CONCERT BLACKS This is our uniform so make sure you have the appropriate clothing. Holiday accents - red and green, or things such as Christmas jewelry, Santa hats, Christmas ties, ribbons on your bows, etc. are up to your individual style.

Monday, December 3, 2007 Deadline for forms, and payment to  be turned in  to Mrs. Nielsen Mall of America Packet including  Agenda, Forms, and Guidelines:       *School Permission Authorization           (students only)        *Behavior Guidelines           (students only)        *High School Music Dept.  Medical Information            (students & chaperones)        *Mall Of America Form  (Available from Mrs. Nielsen)           (students & chaperones)        *Authorization to Administer Medication            (students only) $60.00, check or money  order        Checks or money orders may be made out to        Atkinson Orchestra Boosters -  NO CASH -          Only those who have turned in all of their required forms will be allowed to get on the bus to go on the trip - School and Orchestra Boosters Policy.
