   Strawberry Dessert - 2000
___________________________________________________________________________

Please make the dessert a day in advance - it takes a while to set.

Ingredients:

       Jello Mixture:
                            1 large, or 2 small pkg. strawberry Jello dissolved in
                            2 c. boiling water
                            two 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed.
                          

1/2 of a round angel food cake broken into small pieces
Cool Whip and graham cracker crumbs for garnish


Place half of the cake pieces in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Pour 1/2 of the Jello mixture over the cake and chill for at least 60 minutes.
Then add the remaining cake and Jello mixture, and chill overnight.
Spread Cool Whip on top, and then sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
