Concert Program

String Festival will be on
~~Thursday, May 29, 2008~~
Date changed to Thursday. June 5, 2008

at 7:30 P.M. in the High School Auditorium.

Students will report to the
high school music pod
no later than 7:00 p.m.
the day of the concert.

Concert Dress

Special Rehearsals:

Thursday, May 29, 2008
7:50 - 8:35 a.m.

Middle School &
High School Orchestra
Rehearsal.

Middle School students must be
     to the High School Orchestra Room
by 7:45 a.m.
(Need own ride to High School)

Middle School students
will be bused back to their school
at the end of the rehearsal,
about 8:40 a.m.

STRING FESTIVAL DRESS REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

**7:50 - 9:00 am:
        Middle School & High School Orchestras
        meet in the High School Auditorium to
        rehearse.
        Students must be to the High School
         Orchestra Room by 7:45 a.m. to tune.
        (Middle School students need own ride
         to High School)

**8:20 a.m.:
       5th grade Orchestra students will be
        picked up as follows:
              Luther
              Purdy
              Barrie
              Rockwell

**8:45 a.m.:
      Elementary Orchestras
        Arrive by bus and meet in the
        Orchestra Room to tune.

**9:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.:
     Chamber Ensemble, Middle School, &
     Elementary

     Middle School & Elementary Orchestra
     Students will go over the Grand Finale and
     Levels on stage.

**9:45 a.m.:
     Middle School and Elementary Students
     will be bused back to their schools, and
     should arrive back about 10:00 a.m.
