REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Returning employees and volunteers will not be asked to complete a new application this year. Students under the age of 18 who did not work last year will need a work permit along with their applications. All paperwork is required to be at Per Mar one week prior to games. This means they need to be turned in to me no later than 9 days prior to the game so I can get them to Madison. It is best that if you plan on working at all this year please fill out the application and workers permit (if required) at the beginning of the season, then you will be all set for the year.
UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS
The uniform for all football games is a WHITE COLLARED SHIRT (short or long sleeves) OR BLOUSE, BLACK DRESS PANTS, BLACK BELT, BLACK SHOES AND SOCKS. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS UNIFORM POLICY. Per Mar will issue everyone a Per Mar baseball cap, green or yellow jacket, and other items if needed. If you have a cap from last year, please bring it with you. Shoes should be comfortable enough for standing long periods of time. It is recommended that you bring water if temperatures are worm.
HOW AND WHERE TO REPORT
Report to the Per mar employee entrance located at the southeast side of the McClain Center. This is directly across from the Stadium Bar and UW Police Station on Monroe St. Look for the entrance with multiple glass doors. Once inside, you will need to stop at the control desk. At the Control Desk you will check in, get a credential, be issued the appropriate uniform items, and finally be directed to an area where you will wait for a Supervisor to take you to your post. WE WILL BE TAKING A BUS WITH THE KC’S AND EACH PERSON RIDING WILL BE ASKED TO PAY $3. WE WILL MEET AT ST JOES PARKING LOT SOUTH OF TOWN.
$$$$$
Students working taking tickets or ushering (Yellow jackets) will be earning $6.55 this year and others working Gate check/Bag checkers (green jackets) will be earning $7.50 per hour.
If you are at all interested in working this year, please contact
