Jefferson County Consortium welcomes you to our home page. The links provided will give you details and instructions on how to participate in Youth Apprenticeship, AYES (Automotive Youth Educational System), Certified Skills COOP, and Youth Options Programming in Jefferson County.

Who are we?
The Consortium includes the six school districts of Jefferson County: Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, Johnson Creek, Lake Mills, Waterloo and Watertown. These districts are dedicated to providing opportunities for students at least 16 years of age in the 11th and 12th grade, allowing them to receive skill-based competency training with an "industry specific" integrated academic and work-based curriculum.
