851 - Distribution of Materials in the Schools
The public schools shall not be used as an agency for the distribution of materials.
No material of any kind may be sold or distributed in the School District of Fort Atkinson buildings or on the various campuses surrounding such buildings without prior approval of the District administrator.
Free materials that fulfill a legitimate educational purpose of the District curriculum may be accepted for classroom use by joint approval of the building principal and the District administrator.
