Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Wisconsin - Provide one-to-one mentoring that will help the youth reach their full potential.
Community Coordinated Child Care, Inc. (4-C) - is part of a network of accredited, non-profit Wisconsin Child Care Resource & Referral agencies providing advocacy and support services for child care. 4-C programs provide a broad range of services to families, early childhood professionals, and the community through three general program categories including Family Support Services, Health and Safety Services and Training and Quality Improvement Services.

Girl Scouts of Wisconsin, Badgerland Council - We’re the preeminent leadership development organization for girls. And with programs from coast to coast and across the globe, Girl Scouts offers every girl a chance to practice a lifetime of leadership, adventure, and success.
Jefferson County Head Start - Head Start is a preschool program focusing on School Readiness for 3-5-year-old children living in Jefferson/Western Kenosha Counties. Head State is a Federal and State-funded program provided at no cost to eligible families. Classrooms have licensed teachers. The program partners with local school districts.

Dave Gallup Foundation - The Dave Gallup Foundation was created as a response to the growing need for advocacy and education about the disease of addiction. We are a Peer Run Recovery Organization that actively supports and promotes recovery. A Trauma-Informed Care Approach is utilized throughout the organization to facilitate recovery and healing among clients, staff, peers, families, and the community.
Fort Healthcare - Our Mission Statement guides us in our daily endeavor to provide the best health care possible. It is simple and memorable for us all. We promote it widely for all we serve to read, understand and to help our public hold us accountable for the promises we make.
New Beginnings APFV - At New Beginnings APFV, we provide comprehensive, compassionate support and services to people affected by domestic abuse, sexual violence, stalking and human trafficking. This includes crisis intervention, legal advocacy, safety planning, individual counseling, housing advocacy, children's services, medical advocacy and information and referral to other relevant community resources.
People Against a Violent Environment (PAVE) - We serve individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence regardless of age, gender expression, sexual orientation, race and socioeconomic status. While we work closely with law enforcement and the court system, we place our client’s confidentiality above all else. If you or someone you know is facing a violent environment, always know that we are here.
Rock River Community Free Clinic - The Rock River Community Clinic in Fort Atkinson provides basic dental health services to uninsured and Medicaid patients in Jefferson County communities.
Community
Chamber of Commerce - Mission: To promote and maintain a strong business community in the Fort Atkinson area.
Conexiones Latinas - The primary mission is to inform and educate the Latino community regarding services and resources in Jefferson, Walworth, Rock, and Dodge counties.
Fort Foundation - The mission of the Fort Atkinson Community Foundation is to receive donations for educational, cultural, charitable, or benevolent purposes and use them to benefit our residents and enhance the quality of life in the Fort Atkinson area.
Heart of the City - Heart of the City is a 501(c)3 non-profit community service group (think Friends of Fort Atkinson) dedicated to increasing sustainability in our homes and communities through education, volunteer efforts, and engagement with neighbors and civic leaders. Heart of the City puts the “you” in community.
Historic Fort Atkinson - Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin is located in the south-central part of the state within Jefferson County. The area that was to become Fort Atkinson was settled by Dwight Foster and his family in 1836. Mr. Foster found an area marked by the native people, who had lived along its waterways, with mounds and the famous panther effigy intaglio.

Jefferson County Literacy Council - It is our vision to help learners defeat literacy challenges and overcome the barriers to becoming more literate, confident and engaged to the best of their ability in their homes, communities and places of work. The organization had expanded programs to include one-to-one basic skills tutoring, group English classes, a jail instruction program, computer skills, and civics/citizenship.
The United Way of Jefferson and North Walworth Counties - The United Way of Jefferson & North Walworth Counties fights for the health, education, and financial stability of every person in our communities. Every year the School District of Fort Atkinson team is given the chance to participate in the Annual Campaign for the United Way. Over the last year, the funds raised from the SDFA directly impacted 664 people in our communities! This year, the SDFA United Way Campaign will be held from November 4th to the 15th.
Unity Project - Promoting a sense of acceptance, and belonging, among all members of our community. The Unity Project has a dedicated, and strong, history of being “change-agents”. When we see a need in our community, our volunteers are always on the ball to help make that change a reality. You may also recognize us from our annual Fort Fall Fiesta, where we always look to expand cultural experience, and integration, within our community.
Housing & Food Security
Fort Atkinson Food Pantry - The Food Pantry serves individuals and families in the Fort Atkinson School District. The Fort Atkinson Food Pantry is open every Monday and Thursday from 3:00 PM until 5:30 PM, except when Holidays occur on Mondays or Thursdays. Donations may also be dropped off at the Pantry between 9:00 and 11:00 on Mondays or Thursdays.
Homeless Coalition of Fort Atkinson - The Homeless Coalition of Fort Atkinson, WI (HC of FA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides transitional housing and emergency assistance to families and individuals in need in the Fort Atkinson area.
St. Vincent de Paul -St. Vincent de Paul Fort Atkinson is a large, convenient, air-conditioned store. which offers new, like new, and antique merchandise. All proceeds of our store help our neighbors in need in the Fort Atkinson School District.
The Salvation Army - Overcome poverty, hunger, provide housing, combat addiction, empower youth, and more.

Daily Union - The Daily Union remains one of a handful of independently owned daily newspapers in Wisconsin. Like W.D. Hoard, the news, advertising, and production staffs are dedicated to serving residents of the greater Jefferson County area, always mindful of their founder's philosophy that "The next issue will be our best."
