What is the difference between Kindergarten Pre-Registration and annual Registration in the fall?
Kindergarten Pre-Registration and Welcome Day are designed to get your child signed up for Kindergarten. The information collected through the Pre-Registration Form allows us to get your child in our student information system to ensure you receive district/school communications and are on the District's "radar" for the 2020-2021 school year.
Kindergarten is the first step into the K-5 school system, so we want to ensure a smooth transition for you and your child. Annual Registration that takes place in the fall is a time we will ask for you to verify your information, gather deeper medical and emergency information, and make sure everything is set for that first day of school as a Kindergartener.
-
Do I need to pre-register my child for Kindergarten right now?
It is extremely important to sign up your child for Kindergarten next school year. The Pre-Registration process ensures you will be able to receive important district and school communications in regards to summer school, annual registration in the fall, open houses, etc.
-

No. 4K is for children that are four years of age on or before September 1, 2020. Please visit our 4K website if this pertains to your child.
