Process & Details

2025-2026 Online Registration Opens July 21st-July 25th

Visit the Powerschool Parent Portal and log in with your credentials.

From the Parent Portal:

  • Select the student you wish to register along the top

  • Select the "Student Registration Form (2025-2026)" on the left-hand side

  • Confirm the student's date of birth

  • Complete the registration form

NOTE: Registration is not available via the PowerSchool mobile app and must be completed from a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).

I can't remember my login/password for the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
If you aren't able to retrieve your login credentials using the "Having trouble signing in?" link on the Sign In page, please contact registration@fortschools.org for assistance logging in to the Parent Portal.

Online Registration
All district registration information is collected through PowerSchool, an online enrollment and student information system. PowerSchool is designed to make registering for school easy and flexible for families.  This means you can enroll and register your child(ren) from the comfort of your home.  The online registration process must be completed for all district students annually.

Registration Help During Online Registration Week (July 21-25, 2025)
You can contact our registration team for assistance as our Administrative Assistants are not always in the office over the summer.  During Online Registration Week, you can contact us at registration@fortschools.org or call 920-563-7820, Mon-Thurs (July 21-24) from 8am-4pm or Fri (July 25) 8am-12pm. 

Join us during our Registration Device Lab Sessions if you need assistance or do not have access to a device.

Registration Help after July 25th 
If you are needing assistance with online registration after the registration window, please contact your child's school.  Our Administrative Assistant team can assist you over the phone or you can set up an individual in-person appointment. See below for contact information for each of our schools. 

For families needing translation services, please contact the Administrative Assistant at your child's school and they will coordinate assistance with our bilingual liaison. 

Payment
Upon completing registration, you will be provided a link to SchoolPay, used to process payments online. You can also visit SchoolPay by signing into the Powerschool Parent Portal and clicking "Balances" on the left-hand side.

Picture Days & Back-to-school Events
More information will be coming from your child's school regarding 2025-26 picture days and back to school nights. Visit your school's website for more information.
