The April 6, 2027, Spring Election will include one board seat on the ballot.

Important election dates are provided below together with links to necessary forms.  

Important Dates:

Monday, December 28, 2026, 5:00 p.m.:  Deadline for incumbents to file Notification of Non-Candidacy. 

Tuesday, January 5, 2027, 5:00 p.m.:  Deadline for candidates to file ballot access documents including Declaration of Candidacy (Form EL-162sd) and Campaign Finance Registration Statement (Form CF-1L). Any person who files ballot access documents and qualifies to appear on the ballot cannot withdraw their name from the ballot after filing. 

Tuesday, February 16, 2027:  Spring Primary Election (if necessary). 

Tuesday, April 6, 2027:  Spring Election

Monday, April 26, 2027: Elected School Board Member(s) take office, must take and file the Official Oath of Office (Form EL-154).
