Thank you for your support

FORT ATKINSON, WI — This summer, the School District of Fort Atkinson is making notable progress on a series of maintenance and renovation projects across all four elementary schools encompassing several key priorities. Student safety remains paramount, with secure entrances and modern alarm systems being pivotal upgrades. Mechanical upgrades, including HVAC improvements, ensure a more energy-efficient and reliable environment for optimal learning conditions. These efficiency upgrades not only benefit taxpayer savings but also contribute to sustainable practices. By updating major maintenance items and facilities, we honor our educational heritage while equipping our schools to meet the needs of today's learners effectively.

All summer projects were included in the scope of work approved by voters in the November 2022 capital referendum. The projects enhance school facilities and improve security to help provide students with the best possible learning environments.

“We are grateful for our supportive and generous 1Fort community for making these critical facilities projects possible,” said Dr. Rob Abbott, Superintendent. “This support is helping to continue our legacy of excellence in education.”
