🌟 Congratulations to Mrs. Michelle Steed—FAMS Rotary Educator of the Month! 🌟
Better known to many as Shelly, Mrs. Steed is an exceptional educator who currently serves as one of our sixth-grade special education teachers at Fort Atkinson Middle School. With an incredible 35-year career in education—including 24 years in the School District of Beloit—Shelly’s impact has been both wide-reaching and deeply felt. Anyone who knows Shelly—as a colleague, teacher, or friend—can speak to the excellence she brings to everything she does. We’re thrilled to recognize her commitment, care, and impact.

🍕 The Parents Cooperative Preschool 4K wrapped up their Community Helpers unit in the most delicious way—Pizza Day!
To celebrate, our little learners made their own English muffin pizzas and even dressed like pizzas for the occasion! From learning about chefs to becoming mini pizza makers themselves, it was a hands-on, cheesy good time. 🎉

Last week, our Luther 3rd graders celebrated finishing 3 out of their 5 Forward Exam sessions with a well-earned ice cream treat—generously donated by Culver's of Whitewater!

The Green Team kicked off their Wednesday morning with some sunflower planting! We can't wait to see these beautiful flowers bloom in our courtyard this spring and check back on them next fall!
Our young environmentalists also put their detective skills to the test, exploring different types of seeds and grains that can be found right at home—an engaging activity led by high school student, Analisa.
Great job, Green Team! Keep up the hard work and love for nature! 🌎
